Yanbu Export Refinery Project

400,000 barrel per stream day (BPSD) integrated petroleum refinery in the Yanbu Industrial City located on the west coast of Saudi Arabia along the Red Sea.

• EPC-3 Gasoline & Sulphur Package

• Perform routine inspection and document result in accordance with approved procedures.
• Monitor activities of supervision contractor and construction Contractors.
• Responsible for project operational safety requirement.
• Implement & enforce all company policies, procedures and practices.
• Monitor Quality control on construction progress activities.
• Responsible from equipment installation and continue energizing of electrical equipment to pre-commissioning and commissioning.
• Issued punch listing for outstanding works.
• Review Tested documentation, witness and accept all required Testing.

• Manage & implement site activities base on approved construction drawings.
• Manage group of technicians and oversee all activities must be in accordance with international standard.
• Calculate system load base on client needs such as, emergency supply, protective devices Power cables & others and submit to the consultant for approval.
• Participate in electromechanical meeting regarding drawings coordination and site concern.
• Worked with other engineers in implementation of proper works and construction methods to enhance production with due preference to good quality of works.
• Coordinated with the consultants in supervising the project and regularly interface the sub-contractors to make sure all activities were being done based on drawings and specifications.
• Received and reviewed quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors for evaluation and recommendation.
• Other works assigned by the project manager.

• Managed a group of Inspectors, performance review, daily supervision, mentoring and training.
• Monitor sub-contractor Quality Control Program. This includes site inspection for compliance with Contract Documents, approved submittals and electrical codes.
• Review and respond to sub-contractors technical queries and coordinate with Engineering

• Provide technical support to the preparation of Field Change Requests and Change Orders.
• Participate in construction progress meetings. Participate in final inspection and prepare punch lists.
• Review sub-contractor materials and drawings submittals and submit to the Consultant for approval.
• Issue (PIR) Progress Inspection Report & (NCR) Non-Conformance Report to the sub-contractor for non-compliance with the approved shop drawing/materials and project specification
• Implementation of approved plans ensuring requirements of the contract specifications in every phase of the project.
• Ensured proper application and procedures of all approved materials intended for the project from early stage of construction to handing-over.
• Responsible from equipment installation and continue energizing of electrical equipment to pre-commissioning and commissioning
• Responsible for measuring and maintain records of percentage completion for progress monitoring and monthly billing.
• Prepared weekly accomplishment of the sub-contractors and coordinate with them regularly to make sure that each works being done as per contract specification.

• Responsible for the efficient implementation of quality assurance / quality system and procedures. Check and assure the quality of personnel assigned to perform specific duties to produce good quality. Verify and institute quality control documents and inspection testrecord are filed in retrievable manner. Ensure work is in conformance to the approved plans,
• drawings and specification. Work closely with the project superintendent / site engineer.

• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair all power generation and distribution equipment, i.e. generators and engine controls,switchgears, transformers, etc.

• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair all power generation and distribution equipment, i.e. generators and engine controls, power SCR,VSD,VFD,MCCs ,switchgears, transformers.
• Performed trouble shooting and repairs on EAF (Electric Arc Furnace) electrical & control system.
• Assist in performing and interpreting power calculations, power factor and insulation test.
• Performed daily inspections and maintenance on electrical equipment.
