During my career, I have had multiple experience working in fine dining venues. Between 2017 and 2018, I worked at Restaurant Orana in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia, which went on to win Restaurant of the Year and 3 Hat in 2018. In 2019, I enhanced my learning and experience by completing 3 month internship at Restaurant Noma, Copenhagen. In March 2022, I received a Head Chef offer to open an oyster bar in Ho Chi Minh City, in which I involved in menu planning, recipe creation, PR content and staff management. Over 6 months, the restaurant has become one of newest and interesting seafood bar in town and the restaurant starts to be profitable.
